January 2017 sees the launch of Reinforce Recruitment Services new website, we specialise in structural engineering and the company was formed by Chartered Structural Engineers.
Our Recruitment service is aimed to provide a professional, effective and confidential service. We specialise only in structural engineering positions from graduate to director level, and we interview all candidates covering behavioural, competency and technical skills to ensure customers only receive suitable candidate CVs, creating a low ratio of “CV to Interview” and “Interview to Offer”. We aim to build close working partnerships with both customers and candidates, building a top quality candidate database and long term support and guidance for our candidates career and successful future of our customers.
