All candidates are interviewed by one of our Chartered Engineers. That way a competent assessment of the candidate’s capabilities can be made, and only the best candidates are put forward. Our interview techniques can be tailored to include specific questions or tests that you would like us to give the candidates. We filter candidates so that you only receive CVs of suitable applicants, minimising your time spent on recruitment.
